A Warm Welcome to Downfield Garden Cottage

When you arrive at Downfield Garden Cottage you will be met by Jen or Mike (usually between 4pm and 6pm, or by arrangement), who will show you round your holiday home and make you familiar with your location. You will be shown where to park your vehicle and how to work the equipment in the cottage.

Downfield Garden Cottage will have your Welcome Basket (or Gold Welcome Hamper) waiting and if you have ordered an evening meal from Jen's Kitchen it will be in the fridge.

All the Luxury Plus items organised when you booked will be waiting for you or will be checked with you on arrival.

Downfield Garden Cottage has a handbook full of all the information you might need for your stay and Jen will usually be around so any problems or requests can be dealt with quickly and easily.
